HAIR: Chloe's hair is a silvery white which goes down to about her mid back. Although it is pretty straight naturally it has some wave to it. She likes to tie some of it out of her face but not into a pony tail. Her side bangs sweep across her face and her hair is always shiny and smooth, no matter what.

PERSONALITY:This little Mareep is extremely oblivious to almost everything. He tends to let his mind drift off into space causing him to stare at something for long periods of time. He likes to Cuddle with Chloe whenever possible. Mareep is really loyal to Chloe and snaps out of his daydreams when she is speaking to him but tends to ignore other Pokemon and trainers not because he doesn't want to talk but because his mind is off somewhere among the stars.
HISTORY:
Chloe was conceived the same way any other baby was conceived, with the banging of the headboard and the squeaking of box springs. Both Liegh and Jason were both very young, 18 and 19 at the time but in the moment it seemed like the smart thing to do. They both had been living in the Johto region and had just graduated from Pokemon school. Leigh, upon discovering she was pregnant knew she could not stay in the small town they had been living in, she would be shunned. After a long boat trip they arrived in the Lerruen region, Chloe was born shortly after they had arrived in the region. They chose the newly discovered region because very few people knew of it at the time and they would get a fresh start without any people judging them.
Both Chloe's parents were unemployed at the time so they were living off their life savings savings, which wasn't very much due to the fact they had both recently graduated. Leigh started to train her pokemon to be a coordinator so they could live off the prize money she slowly started to bring in with her pokemon. Jason on the other hand took up a job around the small town they had moved to and became the local handyman. Both parents had very little time to look after Chloe so she was usually brought along with her parents and watched in the background. As she slowly started to grow up her parents started to slowly build up more income. Her mother was winning more money for her competition winnings and her father was starting to get a steadier job working with the Pokemon lab engineering and modifying new technologies.
When Chloe was three she got a baby brother. Her mother still continued to train but money was still no issue for the new family. Chloe didn't really talk when she was younger, she mostly just sat and watched her parents like she was told. As she continued to grow she discovered her passion for art. She would finger paint anything and everything. Her brother, Max was a really loud baby, crying all of the time and demanding what little attention her parents had to give. As Chloe watched from the side lines, their family continued to grow. When Chloe entered her teen years she was suppose to start her pokemon journey. She decided that she didn't want to be a trainer of a pokemon Co-ordinator and instead upon receiving her pokemon decided to stay in the town. In this time she had become great friends with Mareep. She had nicknamed him Canary and had way too many portraits of him in every art medium she had ever seen. At the age of sixteen she has decided that it is time to do more than just draw and paint Canary. She has decided she will move town to town and sell her artwork while also refining her artistic ability. She plans to draw/paint any and every pokemon she encounters and can't wait to get her journey started. Although a little late, it has begun non the less.
